The setting of Turtley is idyllic; located in the beautiful and varied area of Avonwick, South Hams the original Mill is set in six acres of grounds bordered by the River Glazebrook. We even have our own small lake complete with an island, perfect for sunny days and idle wandering. Perhaps surprisingly for such a picturesque location, Turtley Corn Mill is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the A38 making it easily accessible from all directions. Turtley is a totally non-smoking site.

Set in a peaceful and picturesque village, just a (very) short walk to two pubs and perfectly placed for Dartmoor and the South Devon coast. We are less than 2 miles to Shilstone House, the very popular wedding venue, which is just over the hill. Elegant, spacious, and designed for relaxed, memorable stays, whether as a family, a couple or a group of friends, with/without a dog!

The Annexe

The Annexe is adjoined to Noland House and boasts two bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen and living area, with a wet-room bathroom and use of a private garden area. There's Wi-Fi, free parking for one vehicle (and access to an EV charger on request), and the all facilities of a modern home. Situated in South Brent, not only do you have Dartmoor on the doorstep, but access to the beautiful South Hams (including its many beaches) plus excellent amenities in the local village.

Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

This gorgeous detached converted farm building, arranged in reverse level style and recently beautifully renovated, has its own large garden and heated indoor swimming pool (open daily 9am-7pm) loads of outdoor space and is a perfect location for families and couples looking to explore the South Hams, Dartmoor and South Devon’s best beaches. The cottage adjoins a 5-acre field which guests are welcome to enjoy. Located in the foothills of Dartmoor which is within easy reach.

Slate Park Cabin -The Land Devon

There are three cabins on site all with their own secluded spot and unique vistas.
