Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Your Country Home - Private, quiet wooded setting

Modern house in the country with a reputation for sparkling cleanliness and 2 day minimums between guest stays. Close to Culver Academies (18 min/10 mi), Lake Maxinkuckee (13 min/7.4 mi), Lake Manitou (27 min/16 mi), and the historic Tippecanoe River (5 min/3.5 mi to Germany Bridge or 5 min/1.6 mi to Aubbeenaubbee Landing in Leiters Ford). We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

German Haus is a private rustic cabin with Queen bed, a twin daybed, kitchenette, 2 chairs, kitchen table, and shower bathroom. It's great for the outdoor type person. Equipped with local TV channels, DVD, MW, WIFI, coffee pot, tea pot, kitchen utensils, fridge, and eating table. RATE IS $99.00 FOR 2 PEOPLE/FEES NOT INCLUDED. DOGS ALLOWED @ $25 NIGHT PER DOG. Cozy Cottage on Bass Lake

Relax and play on an all sport lake. Host offers to guests a variety of bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, linking water floats, onsite parking, fire pit, yard games and board games. Guests are welcome to bring their own water toys, jet skies, and boats. We have parking for one trailer. Guests to bring own tie down systems as there is no space on the pier. We have a private ramp or there is access to a public ramp. We encourage guests to research Bass Lake. Owners live in the main house.

Lakefront cottage on Lake Koontz

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a local brewery and other restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to South Bend and 20 minutes to Plymouth. We look forward to sharing our cute little cottage on the lake. Managed by Deb Minich.

Beach House on Bass Lake, IN (Unit A)

Enjoy your getaway to Bass Lake. This 3 bed 2 bath house has been completely renovated in 2022 and is ready for your family! Sleeps up to 10 people. Located right by the public beach, this is a perfect place for a family vacation! Plenty of things to do during the day in the area biking, swimming, boating, kayaking or ice fishing. In the evening enjoy the beautiful sunsets by the fire pit (wood not provided). There is another rental on-site -- other renters may be upstairs.

Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.

This is a country home, It sits on just over an acre of ground. Very private and peaceful setting! Master bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with jet tub. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Family room with a pool table and ping pong for family fun. Exterior security camera in parking area only.
