Regardless of the season, this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming dock with rowing boat straight below the house. Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

Nice accommodation with sea plot

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
