Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Our Helgoland cottage WIRamMEER is an open, purist and beautiful house with tasteful furnishings. We appreciate the peace and walking distance to the dike and the jump into the North Sea, (when it's there), we love the roaming sheep and the good air, the culinary pampering program with the fish restaurants nearby and we relax on the terrace for pause and sunbathing and it is certainly appreciated by enjoyable people and families.

The house sits at the edge of a holiday home settlement, in the middle of the countryside with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be on the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.

The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.
