The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

Ideally suited for two people, this small apartment is on the ground floor. On request, three people can stay here, the third person may sleep in the alcove under the stairs. Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site.

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
