The bedroom, a bathroom with shower & the living area with open, small & very well equipped kitchen are very conveniently divided. The elevated terrace is facing northeast & protected from rain by a beach chair & glass roof & very comfortable. The apartment is about 35 sqm, but looks much more spacious due to the additional approx. 12 sqm terrace.
