The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The apartment Kogge16 was completely renovated in 2024. It is located on the 4th floor (elevator) in the house Die Kogge. The bright one-room apartment has a large balcony overlooking Norderney. In the living/sleeping room, next to the dining table and the fitted kitchen, there is a box spring bed and two armchairs. From the hallway, you enter the new bathroom, which has a shower with a flat entrance, a sink with a cabinet, a toilet and a towel heater.

This rustic cottage in the large cottage garden of the "Willrathshof" can accommodate two to three people. The fantastic view from the terrace of the horse pastures lets you relax immediately!
