The modern vacation home in a quiet location is also well suited for athletes.

In the midst of the beautiful meadows and the idyllic views, you can enjoy the pure tranquility in the small Tjücher Grashaus. It offers a green garden with views over land and fields, so you can comfortably enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace in complete tranquility. The cottage is completely gutted and renovated and renovated to the latest standard. A light-flooded living/dining area with kitchen, a bedroom, children's room and bathroom awaits you. Located in Hagermarsch Junkersrott, the holiday home Huus Karoline is ideal for everyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place away from everyday stress. Situated in a quiet street with little traffic, the 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! "FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).
