Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 min, walk 5 minutes into town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small, but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1 to 2 people. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable,because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot, etc.!! I'm so sorry ,but since I have kids myself, I'm talking about experience

The 25 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. Very good location, central on Norderney. All services are within walking distance. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Our apartment with large roof terrace is located on the outskirts of the north with stunning views of the countryside. The sea is minutes away by car. An excursion to various North Sea islands is always worthwhile. In the winter months, we enjoy the sunset behind our property. Wonderful!

The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
