The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Aabenraa. Large open living room + kitchen-dining room and 2 bedrooms. A total of 100 bright and airy square meters with visible beams, a sloping ceiling and lots of atmosphere - and room for 6 people + a crib for a smaller child. Play corner with toys and books, as well as games for big and small. You get a very central location in the pedestrian street with direct access to the city's life, cafes, etc., and at the same time a view over the fjord, and close to the beach. Parking space 2 minutes from apartment, washer and dryer.

Apartment on the Helnæs peninsula

Here, the soul can rest. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, where we have lived for 25 years. It's the living room of a small abandoned farm. We have converted the largest part of the attic into a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north, there is a fantastic view of our nearest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradises, and to the west, there is a view of the Little Belt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. Here you can spend the night in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cottage gently and rustically renovated with respect for the house's unique history and soul. From the garden, you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cottage is 56 m2 and contains an entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms with a total of four beds. Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
