Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Nature enters the apartment, and the tranquility is simply interrupted by birdsong and the wind in the trees. The annex includes a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with shower, living room with mini kitchen, dining area, armchairs and sofa. And in the large loft there is an extra mattress where you can sleep. Private terrace with forest view. Free parking and very fast Wifi.

The lower floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. Both rooms have direct access. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security door from the living room. Large south-west facing terrace. Cool walkway to the west and north. 200 m above Feddet to good beach.
