Together there is space for 12 people, but only one room can also be rented. The farm runs the company's business and often has companies on its premises that are in greenhouses and barn with capacity from 20-150. Yttervik has a private outdoor paintball park, if any need to create some action in the group. The farm is located 90 meters and the view from the farm is calm, harmonious and beautiful, just as we are :-)

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family friendly accommodation close to nature and adventures both summer and winter. In summer you can hike directly from house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.

We are two retired people who love to work in the garden. We are renting out an apartment in our home. We've been doing rentals for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on the right side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping centre, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and grocery in the immediate vicinity. About 100 yards to bus stop that takes you into the centre.

A few meters to many nice miles of well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and close to Trillevallen lift system, just a few dog trams to the trailer that easily get you to the slope. In the summer there are hiking trails, swimming and kayaking nearby. The cottage is perfect for families with children, three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, bathroom and sauna. Possibility to charge the electric car, charging is paid separately.

Velkommen til å nyte fantastiske dager med fiske, kajakktur, bading, fjellturer eller avslapping i godstolen hvor du ser på båtene som passerer forbi.
