The Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! The lodge is located 80 meters from Lake Åresjön; 10 meters from the lake is the sauna; 200 meters away is the VM8 ski slope. Bus station 200 m that takes you to the village center. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about 20 minutes walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. Sheets are NOT included. Two 90-cm (35-in) beds. Good to know! The train tracks are close by; there is the sound of trains a few times per day/evenings. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

Åre Björnen "ski-in ski-out"

The apartment has ski-in/ski-out with access to Åre's entire lift system, ski rental and shops as well as restaurants around the corner and just over 500 meters to the cross-country trails 1-15 km with illuminated trails 3 and 5 km. The bus to Åre is within walking distance. Balcony in the southwest, view of Åredalen/Åre Skutan. You need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases and towels, it is fine to wash during the week as we have a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with most of what you need, as well as spices, flour, etc. We have an ironing board and iron.

Bergheim is a modern and unique house by the lake in Sør-Beitstad, about 12 minutes from Steinkjer city center, with beautiful views and a large outdoor area with several patios. Enjoy lovely days and evenings on the patio by the lake, or in the bathtub with a view. Large bathroom and dining area for 8 in an open and bright kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, a trundle bed and an attic room with a sofa bed for 1-2 people. Please let me know if you have any questions. Welcome! Extra small bedroom by the sauna if someone wants extra privacy. Inside the house, there are 2 large living rooms that invite social interaction. Large kitchen that is richly equipped.

We warmly welcome you to our home. We who live here are a quiet and friendly married couple. The guest room is nice and clean, with the possibility to unpack suitcase and hang clothes in the wardrobe. See description below the pictures. The apartment is cozy, where everything is arranged to enjoy quiet days indoors, if you wish. Breakfast is served with homemade bread, and we agree on a time the day before. We also agree on a time for the use of bathrooms, so that everyone gets the time they need in the bathroom.

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner.
