We have a lovely cabin that we unfortunately do not get to use as much as we would like – therefore we like to rent it out when we are not using it ourselves! The cabin is located in a peaceful and undisturbed area, completely for yourself, with a road all the way up (toll road). Here you have nature right outside the door – perfect hiking areas and great fishing opportunities. Fishing licenses are purchased online. Whether you want to fish, hike, or just completely relax in quiet surroundings – everything is set here.

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
