Warm welcome to this amazing house with Ski-in Ski out location (small slope on the way to the hill). The house is a newly-renovated 135 sqm timber house with charming details and incredible views. The house is just 100 meters from the Sadelexpressen and Högåsliften. With these, you can go to, in our opinion and many others, Åre's best slopes, as well as further towards central Åre. The Hermelin lift, which is another stone's throw away, takes you to Björnen with a children's area and cross-country ski tracks.

Welcome to our beautiful family home located just ten minutes from Scandinavia’s largest ski resort, Åre. We are in a rural setting, with fantastic open views of the landscape including river Indalsälven. We can offer you complete privacy and serenity. The house has a large open-plan combined kitchen/living area with high ceilings. Out the front, towards the river is an extensive deck with a beautiful view. Our wooden fire sauna is free for all guests to use but has to be booked in advance.

Great 3 bedroom home with made double beds in all rooms One large bathroom on the ground floor and one smaller bathroom on the 2nd floor. Large kitchen with access to all equipment for cooking and coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. There is a short distance to the bus stop with direct route(12 min) to the city center. Possibility of parking up to 2 cars. Large living room with dining table and TV. Note: The laundry room is not available for stays of less than 10 days
