The room is very spacious, just like the pictures, very cozy, tidy and clean. It was great to stay for the second time. The housekeeper was also very friendly and pleasant to get along with. Communication was timely.

Staying here at this place was the best decision I made on this trip. I had a very important event to attend that didn’t necessarily go to plan. With bad weather at home, delayed flights and exhaustion coming to Cindy’s air b&b definitely made my trip much better. Easy access and very tidy place I can’t complain. In other reviews they did mention barking dogs and crowing roosters but that’s in the neighbors house and she can’t control that. Nonetheless if you’re a light sleeper I can see why it would be a problem but I am from rural Texas and actually made me feel much more at home. Definitely recommend this place and if I am in town again I am definitely coming here again.

Tarquin was so kind and helpful and was able to respond weeks prior to arriving. Very clear on his rules for the home and they’re easy to follow.

My stay here was great! The rooms are clean and spacious with a comfy bed. There is a fridge and microwave in each room, which is very convenient. The rooms are set up with a digital passcode, no keys needed. The host is very responsive and nice. She’s always willing to help if you need assistance or have any questions.

Such a serene, clean, and comfortable space. Top tier Airbnb!! Really appreciate Yuhong’s care for guests with space in kitchen for food and available utensils/cookware for use and special water for your room. Decor is perfect and house keeps good temperature even in the hotter temps.

This unit was clean, well appointed and large enough for a family gathering to celebrate a graduation at Chapman University. The location was ideal although there was a bit of noise from neighbors and the freeway however this offset by the reasonable price for a two bedroom .

Place was clean, had a good vibe and everything we needed. Smaller than I thought but still enough for us and what we needed. Was just like photos. Loved the modern feel and location was good we liked that it was close to down town and easy to get to. Loved that we could have dogs. That was huge! Hugo was very responsive and communicative, any questions or anything we needed he was there. I am appreciative of that. The bed was very comfortable as well which was nice after a 16 hour drive as well. That was a plus! That’s hard to come by. We were happy with the stay.

A nice and simple place to stay. Sess responds fast to all messages which is helpful. If I travel to San Bernardino again I’ll definitely stay here again.

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

Great little stay I had it was just one night I booked really late because I had to check out of my hotel room due to a bug problem. Sindy was great and replied really fast. She made me feel comfortable and heard. Thank you! The room was also very private with its own entrance. Great stay for a great price !

We had a fantastic stay! We are definitely going to return here next time we go to Disneyland! The location and size are an amazing value. We were so impressed with the extra amenities for our baby (pack and play, high chair, baby gates) and for ourselves (plenty of extra outlets/surge protectors, lots of towels including makeup cloths). The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean with everything was clearly labeled (light switches, wifi code, cabinet contents, etc.). We would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for proximity to Disneyland, good amenities, and great host communication.

My family stayed at Krysta’s home for nights during our trip to Disneyland. Krysta was super responsive and proactive in her communications. She reached out ahead of the time to help arrange our arrival and was there to help us settle in. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was very clean! The neighborhood was clean and safe, with a children’s playground just right outside. The drive to Disneyland parks and disney downtown area was only 10 minutes and super easy. I highly recommend Krysta and her home to anyone looking to visit Disney!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Autumns condo was the perfect location for a wedding at the Lake Arrowhead resort. It was walking distance to the resort and 2 minute walk to the Village. The condo was clean and perfectly appointed for all our needs. Will definitely look into staying the next time we visit.
