very nice landlords, were greeted kindly with wine and flowers. Apartment as described, everything clean. Good location Shopping close, beach, restaurants reachable by bike in 5 minutes. Great sandy beach, many great excursion destinations accessible by bike on beautiful paths. Leiden is very worth seeing only 7 km away. Landlord has also given tips. Highly recommended. Apartment offers plenty of space even for bikes in the garden.

Linda is a perfect host and communicated with us before, during and after our stay, answering all our questions. Finding the property and checking in was easy. The location is a very quiet residential area, with reliable transport links (tram and bus) to all the major sights of interest, shopping centre and railway stations. The property itself is a beautiful art deco apartment which retains a lot of its original features, without sacrificing 21st century comfort and amenities. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has everything you need to prepare and cook a full meal and there is a dishwasher (hurray!). Shower is great with an unfailing supply of hot water and having a washing machine and tumble drier was a real bonus as we arrived with a lot of laundry. The neighbours were friendly. If we come back to Den Haag, we hope to stay here again as it's a great base from which to explore both city and seaside.

Very amazing accommodation if you wanna have the Amsterdam experience. Both Karin and her husband communicated well and were very nice people. They were also available if you needed help, lived nextdoor. Gave us recommendations on what to visit and how to get there. The public transport was nearby too. Very nice place near the Olympic stadium. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gein Lust B&B! Just a few minute's ride from the city, the location is absolutely idyllic and beautiful, very peaceful and serene. The accommodations were also first class, perfect for our needs. The space is comfortable and spacious, and nicely appointed. Bianka was a great hostess, very friendly and excellent communication! I highly recommend!

Sebastiaan was so kind and friendly. He met us promptly when we arrived and showed us the space. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had complimentary coffee and even a bottle of chilled champagne! He made some great local recommendations. Each time we messaged him, we heard back within minutes. I really appreciated that his checkout process was simple --much appreciated when you're trying to get out the door early in the morning. Overall, the place was beautiful and quiet (no street noise), in a perfect location to easily walk to everything we wanted to see, and Sebastiaan was so helpful. Loved this place, would definitely recommend.

Trudy's place was everything we expected and more. The location was quiet and private while a short walk to the central train station and from there, a quick ride into Central Amsterdam. We found the apartment spotless and comfortable in every way and our hosts were as gracious and accommodating ad we could have hoped for. If we have the opportunity to stay in Haarlem in the future, we will look forward to staying at Trudy's place.

The perfect pad for two in a really beautiful part of Amsterdam - central and easy to walk to everything but quiet at night and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Mati was great and really easy to get hold of, ask questions etc. I would highly recommend this stay.

Karel is a remarkable host. Attentive, very available and discreet; he kindly prepared his boat for us without us having warned him very early for that and inquired to allow us to watch a soccer match (a special request from one of us). Regarding the house, it is incredibly large, extremely well-equipped, beautifully furnished and has very beautiful exteriors overlooking the river. I would highly recommend staying at Karel's and hope to come back myself!

Joost and his wife are particularly welcoming. Their warm side helped make our stay familiar and friendly. Excellent bedding. Perfect cleanliness. Breakfast brought every morning with a smile was carefully prepared, good and hearty. This moment was an opportunity to chat a little with an open and caring couple. The apartment, easy to find - is extremely pleasant, well furnished, accessible and in a green and peaceful setting. The tram that takes us to the city center and the Museum district is a 3-minute walk and the trams are frequent. We didn't regret not being in the city center at all Everything was positive. We would recommend Joost and his wife's apartment without hesitation.

We (5 friends+1 dog) had very nice days at the place. Great quiet rural location - surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, the way to Amsterdam is quick and easy (small tip: there is a ferry). Victor and his wife are very friendly and uncomplicated. So if you need some peace but still want to quickly get to the city or do other activities, this is the place to be. Edam and Volendam are also highly recommended. In addition, a day trip to the North Sea is also worthwhile ;-) We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay with three generations. We particularly liked the tasteful decor and the nice contact for all emerging questions. We didn't have our dog with us after all. But it would have been very good, because in front of the house is a larger meadow and a walking path. The only downside was the poor insulation of a window. The sounds from outside were pretty audible. We particularly liked the idyllic lake.

It was a wonderful stay in a sweet and very cozy accommodation! If we come back to Amsterdam, we definitely want to stay in Astrid's little cozy cottage again! Everything you need is here. There is also a selection of spices, coffee and tea as well as sufficient cooking utensils and dishes. The house was very clean and tastefully cozy. The beds were very comfortable too. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as is the bus stop with a good connection to Amsterdam. All in all, a five-star-plus accommodation! Thank you for that, Astrid!

Zilt 118 is a very nice, small place to stay. We felt very comfortable there. There was nothing missing there. The accommodation is located on a lake with two small, very nice restaurants. Unfortunately, it is a little far to walk to the beach, we had imagined it a little differently, but the drive to the beach only takes 10 minutes by car. Desirée is an extremely friendly, helpful host who gave us good tips and was always available. Thank you!

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

The upper floor is very nicely set up and in a unique place. The beds are excellent, coffee and tea available and a nice bathroom. As far as I'm concerned, recommended!

We stayed at Alexandra's beach house for the 3rd time and will definitely be back! For us, it is the perfect accommodation in Noordwijk: great location right on the beach, very quiet, perfectly clean and very well equipped. The gas fireplace makes the apartment warm and cozy in any season. Alexandra is a great hostess. Even though self check-in and check-out are generally provided, she always greeted and said goodbye to us and is always available. We will be back!
