The house is bright and nicely decorated, equipped with a spacious bedroom, living room with an extra sofa bed and luxuriously equipped kitchen. Everything for a carefree stay. Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Duplo and toys in the house. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with box- beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.

You will stay close to the beach (1.5 km) and the city center with nice restaurants. The supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. You park for free (1 car). The use of 4 bicycles is included. From Noordwijk, you can easily reach Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem and The Hague.

Quietly located in a beautiful area, within walking distance (about 15 minutes) of the coast. Enjoy peace, nature, walks, bike rides and the convenience of nearby big cities. Our vacation home is located in a quiet family park surrounded by dunes, with the sea within walking distance. This is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in nature.

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters (total area). French doors to the enclosed south-facing garden 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen (kitchenette) Available: Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Air fryer. 2-burner induction cooker. Nespresso coffee machine. Nice beds and pleasant (rain) shower Sink with storage drawers. PLEASE NOTE! The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
