Cozy wooden chalet with plenty of outdoor space, adjacent to our animal meadow. Quiet and private located but within cycling distance of the Broekerveilig, the cozy city of Alkmaar and the beautiful beach of Schoorl! This chalet has a spacious and partly covered porch on which you can sit outside The chalet is surrounded by greenery and recently completely renovated on the inside. You can park in front of the door and at the chalet there is a shed in which you can store and charge the bikes.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

On the edge of the Geestmerambacht (nature reserve) where you can enjoy hiking and bird watching. There is also the possibility to store and recharge (electric) bicycles in the garage. In the spacious backyard you can use the large garden table. In short, a wonderful accommodation!

This great accommodation can accommodate 5 people and is very stylishly decorated and family friendly. It is a 300-meter walk from the public swimming pool and supermarket and is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Our location gives you all the possibilities to explore the area and is very centrally located for fun trips to the beach, the dunes, the IJsselmeer or cities such as Schagen, Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Smoking is not allowed inside.

The flat was very nice and we appreciated the little extras hidden around the apartment. The parking was a little bit difficult (that may be due to the fact that an event was going on), but everything aside from that was very good. The accommodation was also perfect for our two dogs.

We had a lovely weekend with our family in this beautiful and very cozy farm. There is clearly a lot of work and love put into the renovation by the owners. They were also very friendly and helpful in the contact and, together with the roaming chickens, made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

I had a very nice stay! The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location was great: quiet, but still well connected. We especially enjoyed the good connection to Amsterdam and Hoorn. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

A wonderful stay, surrounded by greenery to completely unwind! The accommodation was clean and cozy. It was nice to see how the gypsy wagon was built with attention and love, with an eye for sustainability and recycling of various materials :-) definitely recommended! The host Jane was also easy to reach and very friendly!
