The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs around 260 kilometers along the lakeshore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many attractions around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, stilt houses, the Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

(Natura 2000, FFH) Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Suitable for watching water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Composting toilet, barbecue. Our house and parking lot are about 100 m away. Swimming in the lake is possible, and an old surfboard is at your disposal.

Central, chic and quiet apartment on the 2nd floor, 5 minutes from the city train station. There is a REWE (untilm12pm), post office and bakery. In addition to the box spring bed, there is a high quality sofa bed with a full mattress (160cm wide). There is a modern washing. The single garage with electr. Gate is in the courtyard. Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-kept, public, free bathing beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you can opt for a shore bike path tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking space (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, relaxing. The house is directly on the Weiß campsite and Natura 2000 area.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city center, directly on the Lake Constance Trail. Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The fair is 4 km away. With private parking space, lockable bicycle basement and air conditioning.

Welcome to the small, fine studio overlooking the lake and in the wildly romantic garden, a few steps from the shore of Lake Constance with its inviting swimming spots. In the same house there is a flower shop with café, shopping, beach, train station and harbor are within walking distance and the lake bike path leads past the house. Two bikes are available to explore the beautiful area.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
