Monthly Rentals in NoDa, Charlotte

The place was clean and in a great location to everything. Jeff was a great host.

We booked James house for a mother and daughter weekend getaway. We had a great time! Please know that the pictures are nice, but the house is even cuter, cozier and more charming in person. He has the house well supplied with everything that you would need. The super cute, well stocked and very nice kitchen set up was my favorite room (from a mom who enjoys cooking). We especially loved the neighborhood. We walked to great restaurants and even for coffee. We purchased gifts from the vendors. The people in the area seem very friendly. The house is also easy to locate for food deliveries to find. Selecting an Airbnb comes with an abundance of choices, but we were pleased with the choice we made!

We were only in Charlotte for a few days to attend a concert, but Larry and Barry’s place was the perfect home away from home. It’s spacious, clean, comfy, and well-furnished, having everything we needed for our brief stay and then some. We stayed during a hot stretch of summer, and the AC and ceiling fan kept the place very cool. It’s cozy and private. Checking in and out was extremely easy, street parking was no problem in the quiet and safe neighborhood, and the hosts were super friendly. We had opportunities to chat with them both as we were coming or going, and they truly want to make sure guests feel comfortable and welcome. Happy to say that they succeeded on all counts! Can’t recommend their place enough, and we’d love to come back.
