Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in NoDa, Charlotte

Mike was a wonderful host! He was attentive and the house was BEAUTIFUL & clean. When i needed his help, he responded with swiftness which was appreciated! I also loved that he left his # for us to call if we needed anything :) Would love to check out other properties hosted by him.

Exactly what we were looking for! Walkable to noda. Super easy and everything went smooth aside from being locked out because we accidentally locked the door knob instead of just the deadbolt. Jose and his wife drove out at soon as they could to let us in, which was so kind. But just a note for future guests, don’t lock the door knob.

Ben and his place was awesome! Very modern and clean. The beds were so comfortable! Ben was always quick to reply to me even when I messaged him at midnight with a parking question! Would definitely book again if I’m ever back in Charlotte!😁

This was by far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Walkable, safe, comfortable, fully equipped with anything you’d need. Beautiful eclectic neighborhood with access to parks, trails, bike paths and uber! Enya was very friendly and responsive, provided snacks, coffee pods and soap/shampoo/etc. We walked to the city (about 15-20 minutes) and enjoyed dining out, visiting museums and enjoyed a ball game! We even drove out to a casino in Kings Mountain and hiked! Great location definitely one you don’t want to miss if you’re in this area.

Great place beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is so cute and had nice touches like lavender scented body wash, water bottles in the fridge and on each night stand, and toilet paper with a cute fold and stamped indent on the end! We were a little worried when we first arrived, because the upstairs smelled of marijuana (nothing strong, but present). We reached out to the host, and she was quick to respond! Through dialogue with her, we realize the smell was coming from another apartment. She did offer to have the cleaners come back to try to fix the smell, but we said that wasn’t necessary; the apartment was very clean! There is a great restaurant down the street called Platform! We ate there every morning, and every dish we tried was great! We would stay here again!

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

Miranda was a wonderful host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to believe that people actually live there and yet it has so much character and pizazz that you know they do. Miranda got us in a little early and left fresh flowers and snacks—truly above and beyond. This is not a knock on the house *whatsoever,* just an FYI: for post-20-something adults, I’d say the house sleeps 3 (6 if bed-sharing couples) because the couches aren’t sleepers. The description is accurate, just adding a bit of nuance based on my experience. Overall, I recommend it highly.

Absolutely loved staying at this very cute duplex with some friends over the weekend. The house was decorated well, the location was close to all areas of Charlotte and walk about to a few restaurants, and the hosts were very helpful when we needed some assistance with the Yale lock. Would stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was nice and close to everything. The backyard is dark at night due to the lights being out, but other than that, the property was perfect.

Jason’s house was everything you look for when staying at an Airbnb. Great location, fully stocked, beautiful, unique and special. Was the perfect place for a girls weekend!

Great host! Fast and clear communication. Easy to access and instructions were simple. The home was beautiful! Peaceful, with lots of wonderful art and natural lighting. Comfortable beds. Featured a gorgeous backyard which was very dog friendly. Everything was as described/pictured. This was a lovely stay— would definitely return and even try other properties by this host. We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
