House vacation rentals in NoDa, Charlotte

Our family of 8 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained. My kids loved the few water guns and inflatables that were made available for our use. House is very well appointed and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Communication with Joe was easy and prompt. Highly recommended!

Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Edward was the best host I have ever had! He was so accommodating and very responsive! I rent a lot with Airbnb and he is top notch!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—nice and quiet for relaxing, but just a short drive to all the action. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. 5/5!

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Had to make a last second adjustment and found Kyle’s Airbnb. The house was perfect and I’d highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed at a handful of Airbnb’s but the attention to detail Kyle and his team has at this location is unmatched. Thanks again Kyle and Team! 👏🏾👏🏾

Great location in NODA. Worked out perfectly for us with family nearby. Short walk to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops! Comfortable place. We especially liked the Sunroom!

Our family was in town for the Savannah Bananas baseball game and the house was perfect for us! It was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect for anywhere we wanted to go in the Charlotte area. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Miranda was a wonderful host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to believe that people actually live there and yet it has so much character and pizazz that you know they do. Miranda got us in a little early and left fresh flowers and snacks—truly above and beyond. This is not a knock on the house *whatsoever,* just an FYI: for post-20-something adults, I’d say the house sleeps 3 (6 if bed-sharing couples) because the couches aren’t sleepers. The description is accurate, just adding a bit of nuance based on my experience. Overall, I recommend it highly.

Such a cute neighborhood. Many of the homes have been renovated with such charm. Erica and Bryson were so kind and helpful, easy to communicate with. Great space with so many extra touches from the coffee mugs and French press coffee bar to the cozy blankets. A great shared backyard for the dogs and a wonderful active neighborhood to walk the dogs, run, or walk to great restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great deal for the purpose of the trip. Our host was reliable and responsive to any of our concerns. Close to many attractions as well! The home felt like a home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is very spacious and has everything you need. The large bathroom upstairs was very helpful with multiple girls in one house. The hot tub was an added bonus and was ready to use upon arrival. The location is great! A quick walk to an amazing bakery and a few more steps to the NoDa area with tons of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was beautifully decorated and spacious with all of the things we needed. One of my favorite Bnb stays to date! Stasha was very proactive and friendly. The instructions were very clear and she was sure to check on us to make sure everything was going well.

I can always count on Shirley for expert care and a clean comfortable home away from home. She is my go to. She represents her city and properties well.

We really enjoyed our stay at their Airbnb! We took lots of walks in the neighborhood and visited nearby shops during our stay. The hosts were thoughtful and provided toiletries for our stay. I would have liked to have had hand soap for the bathroom sinks however since the soap provided was for the shower. Also, as a group of six, we appreciated having three separate bedrooms. We did encounter an issue with seating as there was only one couch and two chairs for people to sit on in the living room area. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

This house is amazing. It is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The garage is so nice to have, especially to load/unload in the event of rain. The back yard is very private and peaceful - you feel like you’re in own little slice of heaven. House was spotless and host responded very quickly to my questions.

Austin and Katherine were super helpful and quick to respond. They were able to let us know when the house was ready for early check in. We were staying for our daughter’s wedding weekend and needed to get in a little early. After check out we realized something may have been left behind. They were quick to respond and allowed us immediate access to go back in and check. I wish we had of had more time at the house but the weekend was packed with activity. The house was close to the venue and easy to get in and out of neighborhood. The house is large and spacious. Didn’t get to enjoy the screened in porch or backyard (due to my schedule) but it looked amazing!!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Just like the photos. I was very pleased with my stay.
