Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

siamo stati in Umbria per una piccola e breve vacanza, l'alloggio di Maria Grazia è stato molto comodo per gli spostamenti un auto. L'unica pecca era l'unico bagno per 8 persone. La casa era pulita i letti pronti è comodi, non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma tutto l'occorrente era presente. Ci torneremo sicuramente

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

Esperienza molto positiva. L'Appartamento è molto carino, pulito, dotato di tutto quanto può servire. Si trova ina zona bellissima e molto tranquilla di Nocera Umbra che, tra l'altro, è un bellissimo paese dal quale si raggiungono le altre località famose dell'Umbria molto facilmente. Alberto, è una persona squisita, ci ha accolti con garbo e gentilezza, con molta discrezione e disponibilità ci ha fornito assistenza per ogni più piccola esigenza durante questi magnifici quattro giorni di vacanza. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

An absolutely charming flat, that includes parking , in a great location and with some amazing views of the medieval town and countryside. We also found some lovely ice- cream bars and restaurants within the town centre and also visited many other great restaurants within the local outskirts of town , just a small drive away.
