Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nocatee

This was the perfect location to visit historic downtown St. Augustine! Easy walk in to town, with plenty of things to do and restaurants within a short distance. The apartment was just as pictured with convenient assigned parking for one vehicle (with extra street parking readily available). Rachel was quick to respond to any questions we had, and had all of the comforts of home planned for- with a well equipped kitchen, extra blankets and linens, and a helpful binder with other local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay, and would stay here again!

Victoria's place was a great find. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to historic downtown. The tandem bike was a nice surprise (although my husband and I weren't brave enough to try it). The apartment was spotless. Highly recommend.

You know those places that become a favorite stay? This is one of them. EXTREMELY clean, walkable distance to everything, and super responsive host. I have been coming to St. Augustine since I was a little girl and this is one of my favorite stays to date!!

Geraldina’s airbnb was very clean and comfortable! Check in was a breeze and she was very responsive. The Airbnb was an easy uber ride across the bridge and short trip to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. There were beach items in the garage and pickleball paddles in the cabinet. The location was a nice neighborhood with a pool a very short walk away. The instructions were very helpful and easy to understand.

I used this location as a spot for my three older children who live out of town. We needed the perfect spot for all 7 of them to stay while attending one of their siblings graduations at Clay High. This place was large enough to accomadate everything even with people visiting that lives in Green Cove. I'd highly recommend anyone who needed to stay in Green Cove this place. It's a quiet neighborhood and a close drive to several places!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and exceptionally well-stocked, more so than most Airbnbs I've stayed at. There were plenty of shower essentials, toilet paper, and the kitchen had everything we needed, plus some thoughtful extras like snacks and coffee. Every room had a smart TV, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. It's also a very kid-friendly house, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this host and home!

It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that’s as-advertised. Jason’s place was nothing least of convenient and cost-friendly. It’s clean, stocked, and really just well taken care of. We were little as 3 minutes from the beginning of downtown and the tourist attractions. The beach is about 15-20 minutes ride and plenty of neighborhood friendly grocery stores to choose from. Now, there are lizards around the property but don’t be alarm as they are very harmless (it’s Florida). The water pressure from the shower was also underwhelming but we ran into this same problem in other parts of Florida. Nevertheless, we’ve definitely found our home for our next visits to St. Augustine. I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

Wonderful location that can’t be beat, just steps away from an amazing community pool and close to I-95, yet had a quiet, secluded feeling. Comfortable bedrooms and the living/dining area was bigger than we expected from the photos! Kitchen only has basic essentials, but was well organized and easy to use for breakfast and lunch. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked very well, and they even provided detergent pods. I’m an early riser and absolutely loved the peacefulness on the patio during the cool of the morning. Excellent, clear communication from the host through messages that allowed us the privacy that we prefer. Biggest improvement I have already recommended to the host is to take better care to mop the tile floors as they felt sticky. Wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend!

We went to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and had a great time! this location was close to some of our favorite restaurants so we were able to walk to them, which was a plus for us! we will definitely be back in Jacksonville Beach in a year or so and hope to get a chance to stay here again!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
