Vacation rentals with a patio in Nobitz

We felt very comfortable and welcome in Bettina's apartment. The decor is very functional, tasteful and cozy. We didn't miss anything. Our four-year-old daughter also felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot! ☺️

It was just perfect! Stefanos and his wife are two incredibly nice and friendly hosts, we immediately felt at home. The place is clean, bright, smelled good and was super equipped. The location is fantastic, quiet and you have the opportunity to sit in the beautiful garden. At the same time, you are only a few minutes' walk from the S-Bahn and have a great connection to the city. The bed is totally comfortable, the bathroom modern and in the kitchen you will find everything you need. 100% recommendation, we will definitely book there again <3

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. We were particularly happy that everything worked smoothly. Everything was as expected and therefore no big explanations are needed. Uta confidently took over the communication on behalf of Marit.

The apartment has a great location. Everything is easily accessible whether on foot or by train. The The interior of the apartment is a dream! Hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to messages. We'll book again on our next visit!

We were very satisfied with our short break for the Turnfest 2025. Impeccable accommodation! Short distances to the city. There is also a storage facility for bicycles in the basement. It was a lovely stay. We will be happy to come back.

The AirBnB is stylish, nest and located in a vibrant part of Leipzig. The place it self is nice and quiet but surrounded by unique restaurants, shops and galeries. A great combination of you ask me. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay while exploring all Leipzig has to offer.

We stayed 2 nights in the apartment. It is very clean and nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable. The large shower is great and the view is wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. Communication with Verena was excellent and our stay very relaxed. happy to come back.

The accommodation is cozily furnished, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. It has everything you could need and is also clean. We especially liked the "room" in the garden, great for lingering. And very private.

Beautiful accommodation with small private fenced garden, great also with dog. Within walking distance, you can reach the forest in 10 minutes and Lake Zwenkau in 30 minutes 👍

We had a wonderful stay at this lovingly furnished house! The rooms are designed with a lot of taste and attention to detail – you immediately feel comfortable. We especially liked the location: pleasantly quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet you are in the middle of the city in a short time. A perfect combination of relaxation and good connections. This is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Perfect even with our dogs!Everything we needed. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, close to Zwickau and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, home-cooked food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short vacation was so successful!!! We'll repeat it!

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and surroundings are a dream. In the suburbs, you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. There was even a small cake and some nice greetings to welcome us. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the surrounding area. Leipzig Zoo is 40 minutes by car. Sachsen Therme [Saxony thermal baths] - 20 minutes Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastically located. Unfortunately, there is no sidewalk on the road to the house. After a short stretch along the road, there are good walking paths. We recommend the place.

We had a wonderful weekend at Kathrin's "Haus an der Wiese". Only 7 minutes walking from the station, it was easy to reach by public transportation. The decor style has met exactly my taste! It was super cozy, the reading lamps perfect and the bed comfortable! Less than 5 minutes from the house we were in nature. The Augustusburg can be reached via forest trails, along streams and blooming meadows. We will be happy to come back!

I had a few very relaxing days in the Grünhäuschen. The accommodation is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for switching off. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I'd love to come back!

Susi is a very thoughtful host. We felt very comfortable immediately and the apartment corresponded exactly to the description and beyond. We didn't miss anything. Very recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is still within walking distance. Buses and trains also depart from the immediate vicinity. Directly opposite is the Saturday market, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in a very relaxed way. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

We highly recommend this place and the warm hosts! You can feel that Grit and Wolfram are committed to making sure the guests are well taken care of. The apartment with the beautiful terrace near the edge of the forest is a real place of rest and relaxation.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights: the insanely great view and the bathtub with integrated sound system… Clear recommendation! :)

Bianca is very friendly and attentive, always asked if we needed anything. Her little Daughter is adorable. Everything was perfect and nearby there is a small bakery. The Voigtland is beautiful, we will be back.

Apartment was extremely spacious and clean. It was conveniently located and walkable to a grocery store and a few restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
