It is a tiny house within walking distance to all the beaches of Kisami.(Ichida Beach is the nearest 7-minute walk/11m above sea level) It is especially recommended for those who like surfing and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils, dishes and seasonings in a bite cooker (gas). We also offer free rental items that guests can use.Bicycles and kickboards are free of charge, so please feel free to use them during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please refer to the House Rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Check your house rules for smoking areas. Access is 3 minutes on foot from Izukyu Shimoda Station, 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. It is a 70-year-old Japanese house in Toda, Numazu City, Nishiizu. It is a simple old folk house full of "nostalgia". One minute walk to the calm sea, you can enjoy the superb view of the sunset. Cape Mihama is 5 minutes by car and you can see Mt. Fuji in front of you. There are several seafood and sea crab restaurants nearby, as well as superb cafes and bars. A 3-minute walk from a convenience store and a 3-minute drive from a day trip hot spring. Ideal as a base for swimming, fishing, cycling and diving. uminca is a 70-year-old folk house located in Heda, Numazu City, Nishiizu. It's an old building, so it's not convenient, but it has a nostalgic atmosphere of old Japan. Come and enjoy the calm sea and the wonderful sunset.

It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. Another building that was added 30 years ago is a living space. The separate room and the main house (host's house) are connected by a roof, but are separated by walls. There is also a separate entrance, shower, toilet, and kitchen, so you can go out freely and protect your privacy.Hosts live next door, so you can help locally. Fantastic location on Ohama Beach. Big Ocean Views. New modern house. 4 Bedrooms. Upper floor is one large open plan room with living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances including dishwasher. Living room opens onto the large 2F Deck overlooking the beach. Gas bbq on deck 1st floor has large patio, and sliding doors open out to deck space from three of the four bedrooms. Landscaped backyard boasts large garden with playscape, swingset, basketball net.
