This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! If you are interested in a tour, feeding the animals, or if you have young kids who want a tractor ride, please be sure to ask!

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.
