The Cayucos Condo was a pure delight! Such a dreamy home in location, location, location! Bathrooms are spotless clean, extra linens, fully stocked kitchen! Everything we needed and more! The deck view is amazing! Highly recommend this beautiful home! Property managers were welcoming and kind! We will be back!

A lovely place to stay close enough to Grover Beach and Pismo without the hustle and bustle. It’s around the corner from the Great American Melodrama so, if you love theater, I highly recommend staying here and catching a show. Kitchen is functional but, if you love to cook and plan on doing a lot of it, I recommend bringing the supplies and utensils you know you can’t cook without just in case. Overall a great price for a peaceful place with enough space.

I had such a great stay at Jenny’s place! She was a thoughtful and responsive host, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, cozy, and well cared for. I especially appreciated the coffee and tea station—such a nice touch in the mornings! The snacks were a sweet surprise and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Was looking for a comfy, clean and quiet place not too far from the beach to enjoy a weekend with just the girlfriend and myself. My girl found this rental and I agreed on it, so we booked it. It turned out to be just as described and pictured and everything worked accordingly (as many know, not always the case). Management made the few interactions we had pleasant and accommodating, as we didn't need to interact much due to the rental being exactly as expected and without issue. very pleased with this unit and the management. Look forward to possibly rebooking this unit or another under the same Management (Coastal Vacation Rentals).

This is a nice place to stay that is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this to friends and stay here again.

The location is great. Easy walk to downtown and having a place to park was appreciated.

The place was absolutely spotless and right by some great restaurants! It had such a cute and cozy vibe. I would definitely stay there again. Plus, the host was super quick to respond to any questions I had!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Captain’s-Stunning Bay & Ocean Views! Matt and Toni were wonderful hosts . From the moment I inquired about the apartment they showed attentiveness and quick response and a very warm welcome once we arrived. I’d mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a sparkling Rose’ wine bottle with a happy anniversary card and a happy anniversary letters banner hanging from the living room window. There was an area on the floor with doggie mat and a basket with doggie treats and amenities. They even emailed us a guidebook of the nearby restaurants and places to visit. The views from the windows facing the bay were breathtaking and picturesque and could hear sea lions barking. The apartment was very clean and didn’t even have any pet odors considering that pets are welcome. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene and we felt safe walking down to the bay even after dark. The perfect mini vacation.

Great hosts! Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a great view of the beach, a close walk to the pier, and for live music next door at Schooner's.

We only stay at Jody’s place when we visit Pismo! She is the greatest! We are already looking forward to our next trip!!!

Great short stay. Everything was top notch and expected for the price! We loved the decor and vibe of this hotel! Surprised to learn they were apartments at one point in time! Conveniently close to the beach and restaurants!

Epic View of Bishop's Peak. Exactly the type of space I needed to feel right at home in San Luis Obispo. Karl was so friendly and always responsive.

Host were very nice and responsive, and the home was so clean that there was not a speck of dust on my feet. Awesome !!

Excellent apartment style place. Separated from the main house nicely and afforded plenty of quiet and privacy. Well equipped and great location for San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.
