I want to start with the exchange with the owners. Exchange through the website but really very friendly answering all your questions. Arrived in the house we were caught by its charm, its soothing, sweet and above all calm and relaxing spirit. the instructions for using the house were simple. The village is very pleasant, and castle and park lovers will be spoiled.

We are 3 friends who enjoyed this stay and we would have given 6 stars. This place is a gem. The renovation and decoration were done tastefully. The place is quiet and charming. The amenities, bedding and garden were assets for our stay. In short, everything comes together for a great time. In short, we recommend it 200%.

we were unable to meet Nicolas but he was always available for our questions. The house is as described, full of charm and very clean. The street allows you to park for free and the house is ideally located. I recommend it!

The location of the accommodation is quiet. Access with the stairs is not easy but the accommodation was very good and Max was very responsive to my questions. I would recommend the place.

We discovered a real cocoon there: a haven of serenity, easily welcoming our moments of conviviality thanks to its bright living room but also offering a well-deserved rest after a busy day of sightseeing! Accessible on foot from the train station (30 min), the accommodation is perfectly equipped and spacious. The proximity to a shopping mall allows you to complete access to shops. Nothing is missing, it's great.

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessities. Walking distance to the beach in less than 15 min. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very considerate host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Maryse is a very nice and available host and she is also very accommodating for check-in and check-out when possible! The apartment is ideally located. We rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus. We highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very eager to return to La Rochelle in this very beautiful property, tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!
