House vacation rentals in Nin

Thank you so much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bicycle or car. You should also try different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports activities...).

A fantastic place! If you value peace and cleanliness, this is the place to be. The house is very tastefully decorated and very clean and it has everything you need. In the garden, next to the pool, there is also a second outdoor seating area by the barbecue. The landlords respond very quickly and are totally lovable. They gave us great recommendations. There are a few supermarkets in the surrounding area in a few minutes' drive, Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes. We enjoyed the stay very much and had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all it was a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back 🥰

Small but great! Everything you need is there. The outdoor space, garden and pool are very nice. Marija is friendly and surprised us with homemade cake. Her husband got the bikes ready for us.

A great vacation in Privlaka – absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at this cottage in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the wonderful pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. In the surrounding area, everything you need for a successful vacation was available: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming towns in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! The first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but that was completely unnecessary in retrospect. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I would recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettable beautiful stay. I'd love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the villa! The place was exactly as described – if not even more beautiful. Everything was well maintained, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

I can only agree with the previous tenants, it was perfect! A beautiful new apartment over 2 floors which is very tasteful and elegantly furnished. Great pool, super electric grill, walking distance to the supermarket and bakery, short walk to the old town. In addition, we received a parking card for free parking on the beach parking lots in Nin and the surrounding area, so short beach visits were also possible as there are often only day tickets for €10. Great reception from the host with drinks, fruit basket, tips for locals and shopping on site and personal farewell! Since we had a little bad luck with the weather, we will probably have to book there again :-) Clear recommendation!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

A magnificent, impressive and beautiful villa that is superbly equipped. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week and would come back anytime. The hosts were very friendly and surprised us with numerous things on arrival (fruit, drinks, sweets). We can only say thank you for this paradise.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

The stay was very successful, the apartment was clean, the rooms were spacious. The place is as described, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, restaurants are also very close. Despite its central location, the neighborhood is quiet. Very good communication with the lovely owner. I highly recommend this place!

Small accommodation located by the path to enter in 10 and 35min walk from the 2 entrances to Paklenica Park and also located on mountain bike trails. This little stone house is of crazy charm and carefully renovated all with a nice touch of decoration especially on the magnificent terrace. 2 small bedrooms ideal for a family with 2 children. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. Probably very pleasant in summer by the freshness of the stones in hot weather. Shower with pressure and parking space under the trees. Noted that the house is in a small town under renovation of a small dozen stone houses of which already 5/6 are renovated. The city is located 400m away, enough to swim 15min walk and a sufficient supermarket for the holidays 5 minutes by car all 15 minutes from the highway. A perfect place to stay for hikers of a few days or several weeks.

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

The place was clean, enough for two people in a great location near the beach. We felt comfortable there and when we had some questions Željka was happy to answer them.

Branimir was an excellent host, really friendly and welcoming. The villa has everything you need to relax and unwind. Both kitchen are really well stocked and all areas of the villa are so comfortable. We spent many happy days by the pool. However Nin (old town) is a 5 walk away with lots of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from. Branimir was very responsive to any queries we had and so incredibly helpful. We can’t wait to return!

This House is a little paradise! Tomislav and his family are great hosts. We had a perfect week in this beautiful holiday home. We didn't miss anything. Surrounded by nature and a great view into the distance. The equipment is top, modern kitchen with high quality equipment, everything was very clean. There is a well-kept outdoor area with a whirlpool, BBQ facility, boccia court, trampoline and playground for children. The music system inside and outside was a real highlight! Super well thought out:) The location is great, quiet and only 5 minutes to the beach by car. A small supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. Larger supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetable stalls, fish etc are 15 minutes away by car. We'll definitely be back!

We immediately felt very comfortable. Nastaša's mother is a really great, warm person and was there for us at all times. We were very pleased with their attentions such as the homemade food, drink and blankets. We would come back any time and wish them both all the best.

Our stay with Stipe and his loving family was very nice from the first moment. We were warmly welcomed by Marina and given fritule, cherry liqueur and cool drinks to refresh us. Throughout our stay, we were provided with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden and other goodies. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was only 2 minutes to the beach with a long, shallow sandy bay. Other swimming options were within walking distance. A bakery and small supermarket were about 5 minutes away. For larger shopping, it is recommended to have a car. All in all, we and our children felt very, very comfortable and will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had an amazing time and felt like home from the first moment. The apartment is spotless clean, the host family is super friendly and the location couldn't be better to walk around Nin. We will come back next year! 100% recommended.

The stay was great. The house is very modern and well equipped. Everything your heart desires. Beautiful pool and outdoor area, which could be much more beautiful with a little more "green." There is currently a lot of construction in the area, and we also had to endure 2 days of drilling noise during the stay, but otherwise everything was great. Andrej is very nice and helpful.

The place is in a small quiet campsite. Still, you have privacy. The house is small, but absolutely sufficient. Everything was perfectly cleaned and ready for our arrival, including the air conditioning on, which ensured a comfortable temperature in the house. We were greeted with a bowl of fruit. The lady at the front desk showed us the house and showed us everything. There is a small BBQ stall at the campsite. The beach is about 500m away. The beach and the sea are sandy, with a gradual entrance to the water. The beach has umbrellas for a fee. There are also bars and snacks. What we appreciated the most is the toilets on the beach which were really clean (no charge). Next, fresh water showers (no charge) and changing rooms. Bakery, kram, fish shop, fruit stand - all within walking distance. City center Nin 900m along the sea. Irena responded immediately to questions and arranged everything to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend the place and thank you! We'll be back!
