What was once a train track from Boxtel to Wesel has now become a beautiful walking trail through the natural wealth surrounding Houtvennen. Our guest house stands dead centre in this area! We call it a B&B because we serve a royal breakfast after every night of your stay. Simultaneously, it’s a magnificent vacation home with complete privacy in an environment where you can go for a walk, go cycling, but also just relax. One of our guests called it “A real gem”. And that’s a fact.

Relax and unwind in our stylishly furnished B&B. Enjoy the beautiful nature in the area, where you can enjoy cycling and hiking, among other things. About us: From a passion for hospitality and the desire for more peace and greenery around us, I moved with my family to this beautiful place to enjoy and to start a B&B. After months of renovation, this is the result, and I am only too happy to share it with you. O and my hobby too: freshly baked sourdough bread.

Top well-kept location for 4 to max 5 people, with huge parking, several rooms varying from large,- with private bathroom - to smaller authentic servant rooms - with a shower and toilet in the hallway. The stay is offered as a B& B or in combination with activities focused on health, well-being and meaning.

Farmhouse studio Lovenem with swimming pool and sauna

A unique overnight stay in a studio above the former pigsty. Farmhouse studio Lovenem is located on the first floor of the former pigsty and is therefore also briefly called "the pigsty". This old barn has its own entrance. The guesthouse consists of one large room where you can recreate, sleep and work. Farmhouse studio Lovenem is at the edge of the village of Leuvenheim, directly at the cycling and hiking trails of the Veluwe.

B&B Boerderij 1914 is located in Haarsteeg, near Den Bosch and Heusden. In our renovated cow farm we have realized a luxury guest house. The guesthouse consists of a private bathroom, seating area, dining area, coffee bar, separate toilet and a lovely double bed! Parking space on private property and a spacious garden (2000m2)! Note: services such as breakfast, hot tub, bikes, charging EV, etc. are available at extra cost.

Arnhem has a beautiful downtown, Burgers Busch, the Sonsbeekpark, and of course the Open Air Museum,

Joostink in Vorden in spacious accommodation

2 bedrooms with their own sanitary facilities. Spacious general living space with seating, large dining table and kitchen. No other guests. Peace and quiet in 8 Kastelendorp Vorden. Next to Den Bramel Castle in the Achterhoek scenery is our beautiful farmhouse Joostink. On the Pieterpad and many hiking and biking routes. You will stay in the former part. Tailor-made breakfast possible at a cost (15€ = pppd)
