Private 5 min walk to Shirahama beach, BBQ, Deck

This house is a traditional 20 year old Japanese house. It is totally private as it's surrounded by trees. There is a walkway 5 minutes down to Shirahama Beach which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in Japan. We have added a large deck to the house for outdoor living. The bedrooms are very traditional Japanese. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We have a coffee machine, rice cooker, screen with HDMI chord (adapter needed for your device) and blue tooth speaker for your use.

An open-plan living and dining space features high ceilings and modern decor. A spacious white leather sofa and a large dining table accommodate gatherings. Bright turquoise walls are complemented by playful light fixtures. A pool table is visible, alongside a vibrant artwork depicting a classic van.

The huge living/dining entertaining it great for home cooking, hosting large BBQ/Dinner parties. My house located only 30 seconds walk from the Lake Matsukawa (松川湖) and within 10　minutes drive from the supermarket,convenience store,drugstore. Free parking available for guests.(Two car) There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Ito city. For example, Tokaikan(15minutes by car), Mt.Oomuro(10minutes by car),Lake ippeki(10minutes by car).
