We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. El Patio del Carbón, para soñar

La casa la he construido yo y me quedo con el comentario de algunos de mis clientes -tu has puesto mucho cariño en esta casa. Tenemos un patio interior cubierto, con una cúpula de cristal en la segunda planta, lo que le da mucha luminosidad al interior incluso en días nublados. Tiene un encanto especial las noches de luna cuando su luz ilumina parte del patio, dándole un embrujo especial. Una terraza con vistas al valle donde no nos perdemos ni una puesta de sol, algunas son un espectáculo.

Read the entire description. We are at the foot of Sierra Nevada. 30 min from the beach and from Granada. With a large garden, vineyards, olive trees and an organic garden. Cottage with separate entrance. Diaphanous of a single environment. With 2 floors. Ground floor with equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and 2 single sofa beds. It has hot/cold underfloor heating. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and there are 1 doble bed and 1 sofa bed for 1 pax.

Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation. "The Love Suite Niwalas is a cortijo for a romantic stay with your partner. There is a large 160cm bed, a bathtub and a kitchen. In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
