Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small swimming pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation.
