Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Our two newly built Oersterck vacation homes are quietly located between the bulb fields, only 1 km from the sea, beach and the Schoorlse Duinen. Here you can really relax. Take long beach and forest walks, enjoy the space around the house and relax on your own terrace at the front and back. Each house can accommodate 5 people. Extra relaxing? The wood-fired hot tub can be booked as an additional option (at an extra cost).

Waterfront cottage 58 is a unique waterfront location with its own terrace and jetty. The cottage has been fully modernized and has a nice beach style. The cottage is located in a relaxing area just 20 minutes from the beach, dunes and Alkmaar city center. Huisje aan het water 58 is the ultimate place for families and nature and water lovers. One of the hotspots: Located on a lake that flows into open water.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
