We offer you a small apartment in a detached house with private entrance, mini kitchen and shower room with washing machine. The apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. A bicycle is available free of charge on request. Wi-Fi and TV are available, parking is available right in front of the house, quiet residential area. Sievershütten, a place to feel good

The vacation rental is located in the annex of our house and is located in the rear part of the property adjacent to a field and not visible from the street. The garden, including a spacious terrace, offers a lot of privacy. Excursion possibilities such as the Baltic Sea or the North Sea can be reached in about an hour. The city of Hamburg is about 45 minutes by car. Please note that no bed linens and towels are included in the price. However, these are available separately from us.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Spacious flat near Hamburg

Spacious and quiet accommodation. The secluded, bright apartment with large, beautiful terrace + barbecue on the outskirts of the village offers high-quality furnishings and plenty of space for max. 4 people. Also suitable for a longer stay or workcation. Only 1 hour to the city centre of Hamburg, Lübeck or the Baltic Sea, 1.5 hours to the North Sea or DK. Excursions on foot or by bike are possible in the rural surroundings. In bad weather a fire in the stove warms you up.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.
