Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Enjoy lovely nature around the corner. Take a dip from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna at the lake edge. Calm a ride with the boat. Cook over open fire. Visit sea bathing, cozy summer cafe or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dogs not far from the house. Cozy room for overnight stay in a separate guest house on Sävastön, located 10 km from Boden city center and 30 km from Luleå city center. Sävastön offers proximity to forest and river. The accommodation is within walking distance of the golf course, beach and bus stop with good connections to both Boden and Luleå. In the accommodation, you can freely use the sauna and relaxation area, which is in the same building as the accommodation.

Newly built attic house 24m2 + loft with all the amenities 6.8 km from Luleå city center. Luleå University is only 5.3 km away. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We as a host family live in the main building on the same property and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property. We are happy to help if you have any questions or requests.

Idyllic small house next to Råneälven

Nice little house next to Råneälven. From the beginning it has served as a bakery cabin. Gently renovated. A simple equipped kitchen where you can cook and heat food in the microwave. Only simpler cooking and no frying are allowed as there are no kitchen fan. The northern light is common at the house, if the weather is right.

The outdoor house at Snöberget

This Nordic-style house, typical of northern Sweden, is set in a peaceful, natural environment. Its remote location provides clear skies for viewing the northern lights, and the surrounding area is home to both moose and reindeer. Nearby, the Snöberget Nature Reserve offers further opportunities to explore the the landscape.
