Our bakery cottage is beautifully located in the Melderstein Manor area. Here you will find lush surroundings and nice trails and gravel roads to walk on. Here it is close to fishing waters in the Råne River. The bakery has a smaller bedroom and a larger living room. In the living room there is a small kitchenette with stove, fridge and freezer. There's also a dining area, sofa and two beds. Private shower and toilet as well as private entrance and parking. We are located about 50 km from Luleå, Kalix and Boden. 12 km from the E4 at Råneå.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. Nice small house next to the Råne River. From the beginning, it has served as a bakery. Carefully renovated. A simply equipped kitchen where you can cook and heat food in a microwave. Only simple cooking and no frying is allowed as there is no kitchen fan. The northern lights are common at the house, if the weather is right.

This Nordic-style house, typical of northern Sweden, is set in a peaceful, natural environment. Its remote location provides clear skies for viewing the northern lights, and the surrounding area is home to both moose and reindeer. Nearby, the Snöberget Nature Reserve offers further opportunities to explore the the landscape.
