Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The city center is only 1500 meters away, the train station is 1600 meters away and the highway entrance is 3 minutes away. Dogs are welcome guests. In about 100 meters, the green corridor with beautiful walking paths begins. Also great for cyclists and joggers. Without breakfast!

The apartment is about 75 m² in size, was renovated in 2016, and is bright and welcoming. The open-plan kitchen has an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport connections to Düsseldorf, the exhibition center, and Düsseldorf Airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good cycling paths right from the front door along the Niers.

Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. Pretty small towns, historic manor houses, nearby farm cafes and nature parks invite you to cycle and hike without borders.

Recreation at Lake Venekoten

You will enjoy your stay with us in a cozy 2-room apartment overlooking Lake Venekoten. The surrounding area invites you to numerous hiking or cycling tours. The nice restaurant Auszeit is only 100 m away. There is also another good restaurant in the tennis club in Venekoten, Mevis Breakpoint. Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the city center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub, and marina are all within a 100-meter radius.
