The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Inspiriert durch das Oberengadin mit seinen Seen, Arven und bunten Alpen haben wir im Jahr 2020 Raum geschaffen um deinen Gedanken freien Lauf zu lassen und um neue Impulse für dein Leben zu bekommen. Unsere Wohlfühloase ist komplett aus Holz gebaut. Das lässt dein Herz höher schlagen und der feine Duft vom Holz weckt Emotionen. Ankommen und aufatmen.
