Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Nicotera Marina

We stayed on this space for 3 days. Was super clean. Giovanna showed us everything at check-in. We were in Scilla or on the ferry in Sicily within 10 minutes. If you walked down the street, you were right by the sea and could look over to Sicily. The only minor thing that bothered us was the motorists. The house is located on a curve, i.e. here you can lift from any direction. Especially in the morning from 8:00 am it was quite annoying, at the other times it had not bothered us. I recommend the place for a trip to Scilla or to come to Sicily.

There were two of us at Silvio's and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was a very friendly host for us, who was always available and who could also help us buy a property. Pizzo and the surroundings are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (definitely eat the pistachio Tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We lacked nothing! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what issue, he helped right away. The beach in the immediate vicinity with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us at any time if necessary.

We were welcomed by the father-in-law who helped us with the suitcases. The house is very spacious with a large terrace where you have a magnificent view. The bed sleeps well, shower also nice. It is a small cozy village with few facilities. You have to drive down to do that. Please note, Google sends you the wrong way, always keep left when you drive up.

Beautiful location of the accommodation. A large balcony terrace overlooking the Torrazzo inlet and the Caminia beach with the possibility of access via a short path (10 minutes) make it something unique. Ideal accommodation for 6 people with a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Breakfasts, aperitifs, and dinners to tell friends and pass on to posterity. The municipalities perched on the hills above (Stalettì, Squillace, and Montepaone...) offer experiences and quality for both savory and sweet food. The sea is as epic as the stories and myths of the place.

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

The house is wonderful. Magnificent views and ample space to enjoy a holiday of quality and tranquility. Highly recommended because it is also close to Tropea and many fantastic sea areas but with the possibility of also enjoying a beautiful "condominium" sea.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Absolutely great villa where spend your vacation!

Since we arrived at the time we left, Alessandro was an absolutely fantastic host. Upon our arrival, he personally welcomed us, helping us with luggage and giving us a tour of his beautiful apartment. He also gave us great tips for breakfast and nearby beaches to visit. During our stay, Alessandro was readily available to answer all our questions whenever we sent him a message. The apartment is a short walk from wonderful beaches, has an incredible view of the sea and a large terrace that was perfect for watching the sunset or having our coffee in the morning. Looking forward to booking this beautiful apartment again!

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Functionally furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06 there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella if you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had a perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

We had a lovely stay at Marco’s amazing home on the beach. What made our 4 days stay extra special in the downstairs apartment was the very comfortable bed, the new kitchen with everything we needed, the ample outdoor space and the beautiful beach right in front of us.

Pasqual was an amazing host always responsive and very friendly, we loved the olive oil from his Olive grove and all the local pate and onions and spreads that you can purchase and it makes for great gifts. The views were breathtaking and the dogs enjoyed the grounds and freedom so did our daughter while climbing the olive trees daily. Perfect family getaway we will definitely be back. What an incredible experience to stay on the cliffs of Tropea! We’ll be back…

A beautiful beachfront apartment, well equipped, with parking in a fenced area. At the beginning of May, I was temporarily alone on the beach, the best view of Pizzo and, with good visibility, you could see the outline of the volcanic island of Stromboli. Pizzo is a wonderful mountainside town, many winding alleys and at least seven ice cafes that claim to have invented the world-famous Tartuffo ice cream. (My tip: Gelateria Morino in the main square, I liked the "Vulcanetto" the best)

Giuseppe came in person to welcome us. His apartment was recently renovated, so everything is in great condition and perfectly matches the expectations that one makes when looking at the site, in fact it is better with the undisclosed precautions, such as mosquito nets at all windows, which do not spoil in August. The house is still being embellished, in a quiet and reserved setting, but minutes from both Nicotera and Nicotera Marina. Truly a nice experience, perfect for discovering its beautiful land. Highly recommended!

Can't say enough about this place and the host! Short walk to the beach and city center as well. We thought tropea was our favorite thus far in Italy. Reasonable food and happy people. Cold AC and dark rooms helped us sleep great

I was traveling solo and the area is very safe, especially for a solo woman. The house is in a perfect location and if you are traveling to Tropea, this is the place to stay—only a 15-minute drive. The garden is beautiful, and the accommodations are perfect. Thank you again and I hope to see you in the future.

New apartment just renovated, we found impeccable cleanliness. Nice and comfortable area, a stone's throw from the sea and with small shops and bars to get around both day and night. Very friendly and helpful host, he helped us with every request. I absolutely recommend this place!
