It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and groups.

This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. Relax on your private garden terrace, enjoy the late morning sun, have an aperitivo while watching the sunset. From this residential area of the oldest part of Pizzo's centro storico it's just a 2 min walk to the lively main square with a good choice of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The local beach is a 10-15 min walk downhill.

The accommodation is located on the second floor of a family building with a courtyard and garden. The distance from the wonderful beach (green flag for decades now), is about 400 meters!!! We are close to the center of the village, where you can meet your needs with: shops, groceries, pizzerias-restaurants, post office, pharmacy and much more. In addition, we are a few kilometers from the most beautiful places in Calabria (Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Grotticelle, Scilla, etc.)

"CasAmelia" - Viale Boccetta

A charming two-room apartment located on Viale Boccetta, near the highway exit of the same name, in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the Duomo, the Theater, the ferries, the station, the Faculty of Education and the "Villa Salus" clinic, just 800 meters away. Parking in the free area, while 2 minutes away is the "Palacultura" guarded municipal parking lot. All guests without their own vehicle are offered free transfer to the accommodation upon arrival.

The 20 sqm apartment consists of a double bedroom and a single kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower.
