Everything about this place was outstanding, but the absolute best was the hostess. She was so accommodating, checked in with us helped us book drivers and arrangements and went above and beyond. The apartment is beautiful. So well appointed and everything felt new and fresh and the location was central to everything. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to come back to Catania!!! I highly recommend that you stay here!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Luca was an excellent host, communication was excellent throughout and he even provided me with tickets to the Taormina international film festival one of the nights of our stay which was a terrific bonus. he also allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! This is a spacious airbnb with a wonderful view of Mt Etna. 5 minute drive to the local jeep tours of Mt Etna. Local grocery store just down the street. Comfortable beds. Would definitely come stay here again next time we visit and bring more family to enjoy the space and view!

We absolutely loved our stay in Mascalucia and wished we stayed longer. The team was so sweet! Aurelio is the best and even surprised us with a traditional granita breakfast and arancini snacks. Their hospitality is unmatched. We absolutely loved the villa, the tranquility of the private garden in the back (with kumquats and lemons we could enjoy), the gorgeous pool area, multiple terraces for meals, and the games room! The town is also conveniently located, an easy distance from Catania airport and super close to Etna explorations. We used it as a great base to see Syracuse, Taormina, Etna, and Catania. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends.

Francesca's accommodation was very clean. It is particularly well located for hiking on Etna (30 mins from the meeting point with our guide), difficult to find closer. An inn is located directly across the street and the dishes are tasty. A grocery store is also close by.

The apartment is uniquely decorated. It is located very close to the center of Aci Trezza, which offers access to a variety of restaurants. Parking is easy (except on Saturday evenings when the city is full of visitors). An EasyPark machine that only accepts coins is located just 5 meters away. We had a great time.

We had a great stay at Guisepinnas apartment. It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning worked very well. The shower was good and the kitchen had all it required although we only used the kettle. The area was nice and the walk to the main restaurants and bars was between 2-15 mins and walking to the nearest beach was 30 mins. We had a fantastic weekend and the apartment certainly helped

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's place in Catania. It's a wonderful location, super convenient as a base to walk around and explore the city. The roof top terrace is a nice plus and Laura was super responsive, especially when we ran into a couple minor issues. I would recommend!

I would definitely recommend staying here. Spacious, very clean and well equipped. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Best value in Taormina!

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We loved our stay at Badia appartment. Fabio was helpful, friendly and accommodating from start to finish, always available and never annoyed by our many questions. The apt is just as nice as in the pictures, little gestures like leaving a bottle of water and coffee capsule for arrival. Also loved the many tips Fabio prepared, and helpful videos. We just stayed on the terrace most of the time if we weren’t out and about listening to the music and buzzling of Piazza del Duomo and watching Etna lurking in the back. Fell in love with Catania here! PS also Fabio‘s mum was the nicest and kindest person to show us the appartement, also a heartfelt thanks

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities. Amazing place to stay in the historic center of Catania. The place is very modern and cute, it was tidy and complied with the photos and description of the publication. The truth we were very surprised by this airbnb, we felt in a hotel room, the comfortable bed, the very rich shower and the spectacular jacuzzi. The kitchen is small but meets everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Communication with Chiara was always very prompt and clear. I highly recommend!
