House vacation rentals in Nicaragua

We were delighted with this place and its views, in addition to being a very nice villa, the beds are super comfortable, and I would like to point out that everything is very clean. We were very satisfied with this stay, and I would seriously recommend it to 💯😌✅

I booked this place for 2 nights for my wife and family (8 guests) We had a great time , it rained the first day but there is space on the property to relax and stay dry. Helpful and friendly staff and a really nice Place to stay with guests. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful place, love the house layout and the views are awesome… Very comfortable place with everything you might need for your stay. Rudy and Alex (Rudy’s place caretaker) are very kind and friendly people, always eager to make your stay the best they can.

We loved our stay at El Remanzo. The location is incredible, wonderful views, and the house is super comfortable. We were a big group with multiple children, but felt totally comfortable and safe in the area with our kids. Would absolutely come back here again!

It was a fabolous home! It was stunning, peaceful, private, clean and felt like a home away from home. Ana was very good at communicating with me in absolutely everything so big Thank You to her! They really put together some great things. Had water already in the fridge and come condiments for us to use. The air conditioning isn’t has cool as I’m use too. They do have fans everywhere. Would love to stay here again and again!

Carmen is great to communicate with and her home is beautiful. The beach is your backyard and there was security during the duration of our trip, so we felt safe the whole time. The housekeepers made us breakfast on one of the days we were there which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was perfect, with beach access and great restaurant 2 doors down. My family loved it and we will return.

Can't say enough about Casa Margarita. It was a wonderful trip, made even better by a communicative, helpful, engaged owner. I'm hesitant to write such a glowing review because I want it to be available when I return to Guasacate next year! It would be a fool's errand to try to encompass my thoughts, as I'd leave something important out, but it's a safe bet that you'll enjoy your stay at Casa Margarita. I'll certainly be back soon.

We had an EXCELLENT experience in this house. The staff who received us were extremely friendly and the house was extremely clean. Extremely attentive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would go back many times with my whole family!

We had a very nice stay at Casa Pocahontas and felt right at home. The house is decorated with a lot of love and is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Playa Maderas. We spent a lot of time in the open living area with the huge terrace. A great place to relax, read a book or watch the wildlife in the jungle. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. There was even a yoga mat and blackrolls. If we had any questions, Sebastian was always available and due to the keybox the check in/out was very flexible and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the Casa and would definitely come back again.

Excellent accommodation! It's exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very clean, tidy, cozy and safe. The host sent us clear directions for check-in and although it's a self check-in, he welcomed us. I think it was his dad and the truth is that he was very kind and attentive. The location is perfect, less than 5m from downtown Managua and about 12m from the Salvador Allende port... Anyway, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. I recommend it 100%

The landscape and scenery were just spectacular! The place was so immaculately landscaped with plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. The caretaker was super helpful in getting us tours, restaurant suggestions and taking care of whatever we needed. The lake was beautiful and perfect temperature to swim in. We heard monkeys, roosters and tons of birds. It was a lovely jungle experience. The last night we had a major thunderstorm that lasted all night and we lost power so that was exciting and added to the full Nicaraguan experience. The road to get to the house is well paved, except the last 1/4 mile or so which was a rough dirt road so make sure you have an suv. I would definitely stay here again and for longer next time. There are restaurants a half mile away that are quite nice with equally great views.

A very comfortable, pleasant house, everything was in good condition, it had a beautiful view, I would definitely return, both the host and the person who welcomed us were very kind at all times.

Another wonderful stay at Studio 56. This was our second stay and we plan on returning. Great apartment and great hosts. We look forward to returning soon.

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

Excellent, the place is in a good location in Managua, the residential complex is totally private, the house is exactly as it is in the photos and everything is in good condition.

Super recommended. The host's attention was good and he is a very friendly person. The service is excellent and constant during the stay. The house is beautiful, just like the photos. Spacious and clean spaces to share comfortably.

Beautiful place to stay in Granada!

Hacienda Iguana is a great destination for surf vacationers. World-class waves are within walking distance. Air conditioners that could make ice cubes. A great reprieve from the tropical jungle heat. Local shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Anything you need you can rent or buy. Private and quiet. Monkeys in the trees. Iguanas crossing the roads. Thunderstorms create an amazing light show at night. 18-hole golf course on location if the waves die down. Victor and his helpers are great communicators and can offer suggestions for first-time visitors. As with most developing nations, there can be unexpected power outages. Fortunately, the place has backup power that can last for hours.

We loved the service, friendly staff and everything is very clean, the house is equipped with everything and is super comfortable.

Having reviewed the pictures, description, and reviews ahead of making our reservation, we were not met with any surprises. Upon our 1 week stay we were particularly impressed with the thought that went into designing and staging the home. It sits at the intersection of lush greenery and the ocean. This makes for the most breathtaking views of the ocean, sunset, birds, or even monkeys swinging on the trees at a distance. One thing with planning and cost implications that we underestimated was the key need for a vehicle to get around. However, the host proactively provided a reliable solution for this along with recommendations for local spots and activities. We will gladly stay again
