Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nicaragua

Casa Boom was a unique and incredible stay. We stayed at a few different vacation rentals while in Aposentillo and by far our favorite was Casa Boom. The house is located on the beach and just few minutes walk to the boom break. We also walked to another sandy bottom beach break (left break) about 8 minutes away from the house. OMG Amaru is directly next door! This was great for yoga and pizza night. The house itself was super comfortable, it had cold a/c in both bedrooms, hot showers and fast wifi. The pool and rancho were our favorite part! We did a barbeque on sunday on the grill. And the caretaker Yelson (sp) was super helpful and such a nice young man. We are already planning our next trip to Nicaragua and we wiil certainly return to Casa Boom! Our "Nica home".... Gracias Yelson por su ayuda!!!

Alvaro was an amazing host. He far exceeded our expectations and was so nice and accommodating. Words cannot describe his home, you will be blown away the beautiful pictures do not do this place justice. I have travelled many places and this has been one of the best places and experiences of my life. Book this place, you will not be sorry you did, it is worth every penny. Thanks again Alvaro!!

There is a match between price and quality. Don Mario, the father of Achilles was anuente to evacuate inquiries and give guidance. The theme of water is complex in Altagracia and not exclusive of the lodging, so make an awareness not to waste water. Don Mario very subtly put us up to speed and on our end, to watch for the saving of the liquid. The hammocks, we take advantage of them.

We, 3 adults and 2 kids (2 and 6 yrs old) stayed at Casa del Arte for 1 month. We had a fantastic time, the space was comfortable for adults and kids, well set-up for a longer stay, and a great location for Playa Maderas. The house is located on top of a hill within a small, quiet community (two other multi-unit buildings). It was an easy 3 minute drive down to Playa Maderas, or an easy 10 min walk downhill. The view was beautiful with stunning sunsets, we loved seeing the birds and hearing the howler monkeys in the mornings. One thing to note is that there is a unit below and a unit above so there can be noise from the upstairs unit if someone is renting it. The roads to/from the house and Playa Maderas are dirt, bumpy, and under construction so if you are not comfortable with these conditions for sure rent a 4x4. We are comfortable driving in these conditions and had no issues with our rented SUV (dry season). Overall an excellent place to stay at Playa Maderas!

Zopango island is amazingly tranquil. The water was perfect to lounge in and we kayaked around the isletas (they were really comfortable too). The food was amazing and so fresh! We saw them fishing as we kayaked and then they served it to us for dinner. The wifi was out :( this was great for everyone but me (I’m a teacher and needed to submit grades). I cannot say enough great things about this isleta, it was absolutely beautiful. Mauro and Roselyne were the most attentive hosts ever.

Beautiful house in a beautiful country. We really did enjoy our stay at William's house, it was the perfect location to go off exploring. The house is big, was clean, the gardens were lovely and the pool was nice for an early morning swim! William is a great host who was there for us every step of the way. We will definitely be staying again.

The place is super nice, fresh and quiet, the breakfast was very rich, the staff is SUPER friendly and doña Cristina is divine! Very understanding and flexible about any situation. I'll definitely be back. 😍

It's a beautiful property just outside of San Juan. We were able to get to the property easily by taxi, the entrance is a little hard to find in the dark but once we knew where it was, we were fine. a lot of our taxi drivers knew where to go. The room, food and view were amazing. I would highly recommend staying here especially if youre looking for a place to relax and do some yoga.

Whenever I travel and I have to stay in an AIRBNB, I really appreciate the host's attention and in this case she highlights the kind and thoughtful attention of Don Carlos, she makes you feel at home, I definitely recommend it.

Most affordable way to surf the awesome waves of Playa Colorados. Located next to a great pizza place and the bikes made getting around Iguana a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Heberto was an amazing host. He was always super responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated as it was our first time in the country. His place was great. Clean, quiet, had all amenities we needed, in a very safe street. We wish we could have stayed a bit longer to get to know him and his wife. If you are ever in Managua, check his place out. You won’t regret it!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in an AirBnB. The location was amazing, it was beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of things to do around this property if relaxing isn’t something you’re looking to do. It felt like we were in paradise. Cesar is very attentive and quick to respond to any situation. Can’t wait to go back!

Jeanette was sincerely concerned of my whereabouts knowing I was coming in from Honduras that evening. Really wish I could have stayed longer and tried both her fresh coffee and mango wine.

My experience at el almendro was fantastic. The grounds are very secure and comfortable. The service at this hotel was absolutely fabulous. Breakfast was great and the hotel is very centrally located. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Managua.

This was a great stay! The location/view is absolutely breathtaking! It was awesome being able to share fresh breakfast at the Rancho with the other guests-both because the food was delicious (again the view of the lake over coffee 😊) and getting to mingle with others. The only thing missing was the hot water but honestly with the Nicaragua heat, I didn't really miss it in hindsight. Keep in mind you are in nature so you may come across a creature or 2, but the staff was helpful there (and I hope enjoyed a laugh on my behalf. Spiders are not my friend 😂). The dogs were definitely the icing on the cake! They are gentle giants and came to greet me most mornings. Add to that, being able to take a kayak out at my leisure or just taking a dip in the lake to cool off. So many reasons to love this place!

Mary Jane’s place is like an oasis in the town of San Juan Del Sur! The home is behind a large gate and you walk in from a bustling town to a quiet peaceful space with a serene pool and lush environment. The home is shared and the room has a very comfortable large bed. Mary Jane is very attentive to all your needs. Breakfast was delicious and she is like the nicest host I ever met. You are in good hands if you stay!

Worth the price for a stay with AC. Cynthia gave clear instructions and answered quickly when we booked her place last minute. The place is close enough to walk to town.

We had a wonderful time staying with Pat and Alan and their pups Sandy and Bruno. We had to leave Little Corn unexpectedly due to weather and Pat was able to accommodate our changes and was there to pick us up at the dock with a smile. The location is a bit remote, but the reward is stunning views and access to gorgeous beaches. We were able to have a scooter delivered to the property too, which gave us the freedom to easily explore the island. Breakfast was wonderful - Alan makes a mean omelette. They easily accommodated our vegetarian diet. We were able to join in on Alan’s birthday celebration during our stay too, which was a real treat. Thank you, Pat and Alan!

Very friendly and helpful, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I always like to come back :)

Of all the places I have visited, Finca El Socorro, hosted by Sara, has been one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited and experienced. Sara has been an excellent host, always very attentive, communicative, and flexible. But the most important thing about her and her husband Edgar was the warmth and affection with which they welcomed us — they made us feel like a true member of their family. And feeling that way means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate it. It was a very short visit and stay, but it was absolutely worth it. The views from the house undoubtedly deserve to be on a postcard. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you, Sara, for making us feel at home.

on all my travels, this is one of the most well thought out, beautiful airbnb experiences I have ever had. the morning breakfast with the view, followed by a swim in the infinity pool to start each day was nothing short of incredible for my wife and I. Michael provided snacks in the room, local recommendations for food and activities and has scooters you can rent as well (you will want transport to enjoy everything SJDS has to offer) if I could give more than 5 stars I would
