We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

The room is clean and tidy, the floor-to-ceiling windows are great, and you can see the train downstairs when you open the curtains The space is not large, but it is fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable The bathroom and washbasin are separate, and they are clean and odor-free There is also a simple kitchen, microwave, small refrigerator, induction cooker, kitchenware Both the host and his son are super friendly, they greet us warmly at check-in and check-out, and they prepare new bottled water and clean bath towels for us every day Suggestion: There are only four or five hangers, which is not enough. I also hope that a few hangers that can hold pants can be prepared. There is no place to hang pants. The bathroom and toilet only have half a door. When taking a shower, the floor in front of the toilet will be wet and slippery.

Miss Trang gave great instructions upon arrival and answered our many questions quickly, always with additional helpful information and assistance. I’ve stayed here many times and absolutely love this place. Over my previous visits, I shared a few small suggestions with the host — they were very attentive and truly listened. This time, I stayed at their new apartment, which is incredibly beautiful, spacious. The host clearly pays great attention to every little detail. The furnishings are lovely, and the kitchen is wide and spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times in the future!

The room is easy to find, there is an elevator, access with an automatic password. The inside is clean and comfortable, the room is a bit small but very full of electrical equipment.

I booked this place for one night before I traveled to Phu Quoc and was very satisfied. I arrived late at night, there were clear check-in instructions and everything worked out great. The view from the balcony was awesome, especially in the evening when all the lights of the houses and cars could be seen. There was a washing machine on the balcony, and certainly a big plus for a longer stay. There were also mini markets and restaurants downstairs. It was very clean and the host was easy to reach.

everything is great, easy to check in, the apt is nice and the bed is so comfy. Right at the Vincom mall, so it's so convenient. Definitely recommended!

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Beautiful property in a nice location with many wonderful shops and restaurants. The host went above and beyond to assist with transportation and tours.
