During our trip, we decided to try something new and rent an entire house in one of Nha Trang’s alleyways — and Trà’s house turned out to be the perfect choice for us. It’s close to many interesting tourist spots, surrounded by plenty of cafes, ATMs, and just a relaxed 5–8 minute walk from the sea. But the highlight was the house itself — it was amazing: cool, spacious, and full of charm! I can definitely recommend renting this house as a wonderful way to immerse yourself in local life with a touch of authenticity!

Very cool villa. Everything is very clean, neat. The house has everything you need for living. There was no noise, calm and quiet. The pool is great, clean water and comfortable temperature. The host is very attentive, responsive, friendly is always available, will help and tell you what you need. When we arrived, we warmed up the coals for the barbecue in advance. It was very nice to get a cake for my birthday, I did not talk about the birthday, the host himself noticed in the passports. It was very nice, the cake is super delicious) We'd love to come back!

lovely place, away from the main tourist strip, very serene(but close enough if it's your vibe). Tien and her Mom are lovely. excellent communication, and the place is a super quaint vietnamese traditional house. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

Great House with everything you need

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

This place has tons of room and lots of chill out spaces. The location is extremely convenient and not in a touristy area. Lots of great Vietnamese food options and cute cafes nearby. The locks on some of the interior doors were finicky and need replacement, we had the owner come fix it twice. The bathroom on the second floor is a bit small and stinky, but the other 3 bathrooms are much nicer. Owners helped us with coordinating drivers, bikes, and local recommendations. They also spruced up the house really nicely for Christmas. We had a really great time there. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were very helpful, and made sure to do everything they could to accommodate my needs. The location is in the less touristy half of the city, which I liked, and is near a beach, and 2 mins from 2 very good cafes. I look forward to my next stay with them!

Very nice place to stay

I chose this place because I saw a lot of bug issues while trying to stay in downtown Nha Trang, but other than that, I liked it overall, so I thought it was a really good choice. The bus is also right in front, so you can get to and from downtown for a good value, and I liked that it was secluded and peaceful, so you can relax comfortably. I really didn't get a cockroach once for a month, and I was so happy that the pretty ocean could be seen right from the dining table. Communication was quick, so there were no inconveniences, and the accommodation was clean. The apartment was well secured, and it was a fingerprint door, so I felt that there was no need to lose the key. The sea is close, and it's pretty, and I was able to swim comfortably in the sea. If I come back next time, I want to stay here again ~ ~ It was a really happy time!:)

This place is the perfect accommodation! The host responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The house had everything to make our stay comfortable without any inconvenience. If we ever come back to Nha Trang, we will definitely choose this place again. Xin chào!

This is my second time staying in Ngan's airbnbs (I've also been in the blue room before) and there is truly no better place to stay in Nha Trang. The views are beyond amazing, the bay window is an absolute gem, and the location is perfect. You get the best sights of the water and mountains without having to leave your bed. Its the perfect space for a solo traveler or couple looking to unwind above the beach. It's better than the photos! I will be back without a doubt!

Apartment as advertised, tidy, clean and complete. Quick service after booking request, and very friendly. Close to a beautiful beach, surroundings very touristy. For more atmosphere/contact with locals, you'll continue from the beach.

Staying at this accommodation was a true delight. It was furnished with all of the necessary amenities that one might need, decorated in a clean and stylish fashion and boasted a bed that was especially comfortable. Not to mention access to a washing machine on the balcony that overlooks the ocean! The location itself is convenient to many groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc and is only 5-10 minutes away by motorbike to the main centre of the city. Because of this, there still maintains a sense of peacefulness to the general locality. The hosts were gracious, extremely communicative and were helpful in any way that they could be. They do offer an airport taxi service to and from the apartment for you to avail should you wish. This apartment would be a lovely stay for any guest in Nha Trang for their holiday retreat!

Beautiful view, clean place

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

I had a wonderful stay ay Ninh's apartment in Nha Trang! It's located right in the city center so all of the cafes, bars and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. The beach can also be reached within a 5 minute walk. The most unique thing about staying here though, it that you'll get to feel like part of the family. I would practice Vietnamese phrases with Ninh every day when we would see each other in passing. On my last day, I had long conversation over tea with her husband using translator apps and our limited knowledge of each other's mother tongues. I even made friends with other tenants staying in the building because of the close family atmosphere!

Really comfortable, roomy apartment with a stunning ocean view, and a great location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a large grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including lots of tools, utensils, cups, bowls, etc. Couch is comfortable, good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Washing machine and AC work great. A few things to be aware of: Bed is quite firm and up against the wall (a little awkward for the person against the wall to get out of bed), and you might want an eye mask for the morning sun coming into the bedroom (I used an eye mask but my husband didn’t feel the need, so it just depends on how sensitive you are). We absolutely loved this apartment and our host was super kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we’re in Nha Trang!

As a host, I want to experience the service of many hosts to exchange and share experiences. Rich's apartment at a super central location, the quality is quite good compared to the price. I encourage everyone to experience it.

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Gin’s apartment and would gladly return in the future! The place is very cozy, well-equipped with everything you might need, and has an absolutely stunning view from the window. It’s located in a great complex with shops, restaurants, fruit stands, and even a local market with exotic goods not far away. We were sad to leave, but we’ll definitely come back to visit Gin again!
