Great location and amazing view from the dining table

It was on the 28th floor, but it wasn't the room I saw when booking, but it was still a room with a satisfactory view. The location of the house is good, and the elevator waiting was not a big deal if you were concerned. If I come to Nha Trang again next time, I will book this accommodation again.

Amazing place overlooking the beach. Very close to everything going on in Nha Trang. Nga is a great host who responds quickly and clearly to any needs or concerns you may have.

Great location in the center of the tourist area and the beach is just downstairs.Fully furnished, and fast internet.The experience of staying here is okay, the only thing missing is that the hot water is not fierce, the hot water can only last for up to 10 minutes, and the water is cold when you wash your head, saying that the water heater is this kind of water heater, it is a bit helpless.Others are okay.

This was a last minute booking due to issues with another host which Airbnb took care of for us. Nga was extremely helpful in accommodating us straight away, the apartment is not the one listed but this was pre-arranged with Nga prior to our check-in. Nga also provided pics of the apartment that we ended up staying in. The apartment was located on the 43rd floor and had spectacular views....excellent to wake up to! The building is a little run down and there was maintenance taking place while we were there during our 4 week stay, it wasn't a major issue and the staff did their best to ensure that it was easy for everyone. The apartment we stayed in was also a little run down, and the furniture was on the older side of things. However, it was clean and Nga provided a cleaning service for us. The apartment was well equipped, especially in the kitchen where we had everything that we needed for cooking etc. All of Nga's staff were very professional and helpful as well.

The location and communication is great. The place is clean to civilian standard but not to military standard since I had served 9 years in Americas army and do not expect for civilians to maintain the same but thats just me. Acommendations are all there and in excellent standards. The host will take care of you and respect her place as it is your own home. Do your best to leave the place like you found it upon first entry. And lastly, her place is highly recommended.

My plans kept changing and every time I was thrilled by the new offers! Each week was better than before and I tried 4 different apartments! Loved every minute of the ocean outside my windows.

Great view from the master bedroom and the balcony. Bed and pillows are comfortable, there are blankets. Great stove and stove and fridge. There is not enough microwave and good pans and spatulas for them. We didn't figure out how to watch the usual channels with the TV, we connected your netflix. The washing machine is on the balcony, the water after washing is drained just to the floor to the drain, half flows to the carpet, but it's not scary, just put your slippers on the balcony. Cleaning came at 9am! Exactly 9, and once in 8.45! It's hard!))) We cleaned up from* ** and, the towels were changed, we walked with a broom and ready.

At a time like Chinese New Year, this is really a very cost-effective house!Located in a hotel, the room is clean and the host is very nice and enthusiastic to help solve the problem.It is located on an island in the center of the city, much quieter than a tourist gathering area, highly recommended for tourists coming to Nha Trang!

Great stay, great location. Amenities were awesome, very private and fantastic views across the city and the bay. Very accommodating host highlighting local attractions and activities. Well worth the visit, thank you for sharing your place Zin.

Pros: _ Host was AWESOME in communication and accommodating our needs. There were a few bumps (see Cons) at the beginning but Ha smoothened things out very professionally! _ Location is prime! Direct access to the beach as well as the main avenue full of restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Plus the awesome view of the entire beach front and main avenue. _ Motorbike renting is available through the security at the underground parking lot. _ Host was willing to extend our stay for half a day at a reasonable price. Cons: _ Room could’ve been a little cleaner and fresher with more thorough cleaning. _ (Out of host's control) This 46-floor building's two functional elevators was a tricky situation as it took, on average of, 10 minutes to go between the room and the ground.

This is a good hotel room. Their communication is quick and the staff were very friendly. It's great for a short stay and the floor I was on was extremely quiet. I recommend it.

What an amazing stay! I feel incredibly lucky to have booked a room in such a stunning location at an affordable price. I'm truly grateful to the host for not raising the prices during the peak Tet holiday season. After many cancellations from other hosts, I finally found a room that exceeded my expectations.
