Vacation rentals with a patio in Ngũ Hành Sơn

Stayed here a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and tidy, exactly like the photos. Quinny (co-host) was very responsive and answered questions I had right away. The neighborhood was lovely. Quite, away from busy, touristy areas - I was living among locals for the time I was there. Recommend staying here if you want more of a local stay while visiting Da Nang, but also near local attractions.

This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

Excellent stay! Hannie was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. The place was pleasant, tidy and spacious - very comfortable beds, excellent shower (I love some good water pressure), and quiet compared to other places in the area. But by far my favorite aspect was the view from this place. The patio looks out over the beautifully designed pool, and the view stretches across forest nested villas, over the ocean, and all the way out to the Sơn Trà peninsula. You can see the Lady Buddha easily on a less than clear day. The place is populated by quiet residents and travelers. The area surrounding the pool is serene and beautiful. It's only a short walk to the beach, which was also very clean and has a nice grassy area where we were able let our pup run free. I didn't visit the restaurant there, but it's certainly a nice looking place. Last thing - even though it's not near many restaurants, grab will deliver to this place from anywhere in Hội An or Đã Nẵng!

The place clean, cozy and comfortable. Great location, close to dragon bridge, coffee shop and near to halal food karim restaurant. The host was responsive, kind and helpful. Highly recommended !

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

This place was amazing! The staff is very accommodating and the room has everything you need. Many restaurants, coffee shops and street vendors nearby. Beach is also just a 10 minute walk away.

this apartment building is on my favorite block in da nang plenty of things accessible right outside. the beach is one main street away. I didn't hear any parties going on . the hosts made me feel very welcomed and assisted me every point of my stay and were very kind. the views on the back side of the building are very nice as well if your able to see over the neighboring building on your floor.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

We love this Villa, the plane is delayed more than 1 hour but the host still waiting and preparing cakes and water, our children are very hungry and thank you much for this welcome, the pool is large and the living room is very big. Quiet green space. We would come back and recommend this Villa to our friends.

My family and I had a great night at the villa for our short trip. I found the house very clean, comfortable and conveniently located: near the beach, near the food street and near the center. Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

It's one of the best properties. It's comparable to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. Breakfast is much better to go out and buy because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants are open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were not noisy or loud. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance doesn't mean anything because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. It can be the best choice, especially for travelers of 5-6 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

Overall our stay was good. The hosts were really nice, very responsive and always replied quickly. The apartment is great value, very close to the beach and various cafes & restaurants. Check-in and check-out were both very quick & easy.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
